Let me say this up-front... I am in the jewelry and accessory business. I am not in the mass marketing business. As a customer, your happiness is important to me. And that includes keeping you happy about making sure that your personal data safe and secure.

I will never, EVER sell your information to other companies.

The information that I collect and maintain may include your name, email address, comments that you might provide via online forms, and if you place an online order, your shipping address. This information will not be kept in my website database. In the unlikely event that my website database is compromised, your information won't be there to steal.

All e-commerce components of FabMartha transactions are managed by my payment processing provider, PayPal. My site does not collect credit card or other payment-related information; this is handled by PayPal. The PayPal privacy policy and security center can be reviewed online.
